These Terms & Conditions govern your use of casellacontractor.com (the "Site"), operated by FENELC LLC, doing business as Casella Contractors and Remodeling ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it by any means other than the interface we provide.

Estimates, 3D designs and contracts

Information on the Site is general and does not constitute an offer. Any estimate, 3D design or proposal we provide is based on the information available at the time and may change after a site visit. Work is performed only under a written contract signed by both parties, and the terms of that contract, including its scope, schedule, payment terms and workmanship warranty, control over anything on the Site.

Discounts and financing

Discounts for military members and homeowners 60 and over, and any financing options, are subject to eligibility, verification and the terms presented with your estimate. Financing is provided by third parties and subject to their approval.

Images and content

Some images on the Site are representative photographs and may not show projects completed by us. All content on the Site, including text, logos and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Communications

By submitting a form or contacting us, you agree that we may reply by phone or email about your request. We send text messages only if you opt in, as described in the SMS Terms below.

SMS Terms

Program name: Casella Contractors Text Messages.

Description: By opting in, you may receive customer care messages about your estimate, appointment confirmations, project updates and reminders, and, if you separately agreed, marketing messages such as offers and promotions.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Projects performed in Massachusetts are also subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as stated in the project contract.
