What is a Property Improvement Plan (PIP)?
A PIP is the list of renovations, upgrades and structural repairs a hotel brand requires the owner to complete within a strict timeframe to keep the brand flag. It usually comes with a change of ownership, a franchise agreement renewal or a brand-wide design refresh, typically every 6 to 10 years.
Can you handle our entire PIP?
Yes. We can perform the PIP through the entire hotel: guest rooms (furniture and carpet), lobbies, corridors, bathrooms, A/C repairs or upgrades, exterior facades and compliance requirements such as ADA regulations. Send us the PIP and we will walk the property with you.
Can you renovate while the hotel stays open?
